I like experimenting with modern, grungy poster designs in my free time. Through these designs, I explored organic shapes within invisible grid systems.

Social Media Design

These Social Media posts were part of my work at SC Church in Shreveport, Louisiana. I designed these graphics to be engaging, follow my brand guidelines, and engage with congregants on a spiritual level.

In my social media posts for the church, I liked to push design boundaries past the norm for ministry organizations. I placed a strong emphasis on typography and compelling photography. As a result, my social media graphics increased the engagement and reach of the accounts by over 1,000%.

Magazine Design

This Magazine was designed as part of a magazine and print design class at Southeastern University. I was inspired by post-modern grid systems and principles. I also really like sushi, so that was a significant influence on this piece.

Branding Design

Personal Logo

It was important to me that my logo was iconic and easily expandable. I was inspired by the shapes and silhouettes of Bauhaus design.

To create my logo, I began in my sketchbook. My first concept was the letterform, which is seen in the middle. I started using simple but carefully calculated shapes, then used an offset rectangle to emphasize the form and bring more life to the image. From there, I created the expanded logo and icon.

Veteran’s Roofing & Renovation

I was tasked with creating a logo system/ identity for Veteran's Roofing. Vetaran's Roofing is a veteran-owned and operated roofing company, owned and operated by veterans.

I wanted the logo to be clean and invoke a sense of patriotism, trust, and southern charm.
